Distributed AI and Blockchain for Secure CPS and Smart Networks
An interdisciplinary platform for distributed intelligence, decentralized trust, and secure next-generation networks.
Why this workshop, why now.
The rapid adoption of Cyber-Physical Systems, intelligent IoT infrastructures, edge computing, and autonomous networked systems has transformed modern digital ecosystems. Yet the increasing scale and heterogeneity of distributed environments introduce major challenges related to security, trust management, scalability, privacy, and resilience.
Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies have emerged as promising solutions for enabling intelligent decision-making, decentralized trust, secure communication, and autonomous orchestration in distributed smart systems.
DAB-SN 2027 brings together researchers, academicians, practitioners, and industry experts to discuss recent advancements, emerging challenges, and innovative solutions in distributed intelligent systems, secure smart networks, blockchain-enabled infrastructures, and AI-driven cybersecurity.
What we are exploring
Original research on the following areas — and adjacent topics at the intersection of distributed AI, blockchain, and secure smart systems.

Publication & Indexing
The ICDCN 2027 proceedings along with all the satellite events (posters, demo, workshops, etc.) will be published by The ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS), which is indexed by ACM, DBLP, Scopus, and other indexing bodies. The previous ICDCN proceedings are available through the ACM digital library.
About ACM's new open access publishing model
ACM has introduced a new open-access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.
